Sound Horizon | Soundside Still No. 1
Sound Horizon captures a wide expanse of water and sky, where the horizon nearly disappears into reflection.
Soft cloud movement is mirrored across the surface of the sound, creating a spacious composition built from muted blue-gray tones, pale light, and distant shoreline. The piece brings a calm, atmospheric presence to interiors — open, minimal, and grounded in the stillness of the Outer Banks sound.
Available in three presentation styles: frameless acrylic for a dimensional gallery finish, unframed or framed canvas for a softer, more tactile presence with either a classic black or natural pinewood frame.
Frameless Acrylic
1/4" frameless acrylic with white vinyl backing
Hand-polished, crystal-clear edges
Glossy dimensional surface
French cleat backing for easy, secure installation
Vertical orientation
Framed Canvas
Cotton and polyester canvas composite with a special proprietary coating
Designed for long-lasting, vibrant color and fine detail
Pinewood frame
Made from sustainably sourced, Forest Stewardship Council certified materials
Sawtooth hanging hardware included
Vertical orientation
Collection: Soundside Still
This piece stands on its own, but is also part of the four-work Soundside Still collection — designed to create a more expansive, collected installation when shown together.
Soundside Still is a limited edition photography collection inspired by open water, reflected sky, softened horizon lines, reeds, pilings, and the atmospheric calm of the Outer Banks sound.
The collection includes four individual photographs: Sound Horizon, Piling Reflection, Misted Reeds, and Tidal Mirror. Each piece is available individually or as part of the complete four-piece set in select finish options.
